Patricia O'Neill focuses her practice in maritime and international law. She counsels individual and corporate clients in the maritime industry on a wide variety of matters, including international and domestic regulatory compliance, corporate, transactional, and commercial matters.
Prior to joining Blank Rome, Ms. O'Neill was Director of Legal and Compliance, Corporate Counsel and Compliance Officer for NYK Line (North America) Inc. Ms. O'Neill has also previously served as a Deputy Attorney General for the Department of Law and Public Safety for the State of New Jersey and as a law clerk for the Presiding Criminal Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Burlington County.
While in law school, Ms. O'Neill was lead New Developments editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion.

Ms. O'Neill is currently Vice President of the Women's International Trade Association (WITA). In 2011, Ms. O'Neill was inducted as a Proctor Member of the Maritime Law Association of the United States.
