Patrick Connolly is an Associate in the firm's Business Department. He maintains a general business practice, advising public and private companies on a wide range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, angel investments, securities and venture capital work, and corporate governance. Patrick also assists public companies in compliance with SEC and Securities Exchange regulatory requirements. His corporate work also extends to advising nonprofit organizations on incorporation, maintaining their tax-exempt status, and other matters.
During law school, Patrick served as Editor-in-Chief of the Boston College Environmental Affairs Law Review.
