Patrick represents clients in intellectual property litigation in state and federal courts. His practice includes prosecution and defense of trademark, copyright, patent and trade secret cases and prosecution and defense of multiple domain name disputes. Patrick represents clients in trademark registration and opposition proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. In business litigation matters, he represents clients in state and federal courts involving breach of contract, false advertising, unfair competition, business disparagement, defamation and fraud.
