Pat Kilker has defended management clients against hundreds of discrimination and other employment-related claims in federal and state courts and before federal, state and local enforcement agencies. He also has broad experience in dealing with labor unions on behalf of management clients, including union-organizing efforts and unfair labor practice proceedings before state and federal labor boards and courts. Additionally, Pat has extensive experience representing management clients in collective bargaining negotiations. Representative Matters ˇ Provides counseling to clients to address potential employment claims with an eye toward avoiding costly litigation, where possible; ˇ Devotes a great deal of his practice to conducting employee training for clients to prevent claims of unlawful harassment as well as compliance reviews of clients' employment policies and practices.
