Patrick is a member of the Professional Liability Department, where he focuses his efforts in the areas of asbestos and toxic tort litigation, representing clients and defending claims brought against various commercial entities. Additionally, Patrick also handles matters relating to product liability, premises liability, property damage, and personal injury.
Patrick received his juris doctor from Widener University School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude, and served as Editor-In-Chief of the Widener Law Review. Additionally, Patrick was named a Widener Merit Scholar all three years of law school, was an Academic Success fellow, obtained a certificate in Interviewing & Counseling, and received an award for Outstanding Student Service his final year in attendance.
During his summers in law school, Patrick was an intern at the Social Security Administration - Office of the General Counsel, where he focused on transcript litigation and motion practice in federal court.
Prior to attending law school, Patrick worked in the insurance industry, both in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, serving in various roles throughout his tenure. He worked with both insureds and claimants, aiming to achieve exceptional results in the field of Property Damage. Patrick graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh, with degrees in both Finance and Marketing.
