Pat is Mintz Levin's advisor with respect to matters of ethics and professional responsibility, and he is a long-term member of the Boston Bar Association Committee on Professional Ethics, including several years as Chair. He is a former Chair of the Joint Bar Committee on Judicial Nominations, assisting with the evaluation of the candidates under consideration for judicial appointment in Massachusetts, and he currently is a member of the Standing Advisory Committee to the Supreme Judicial Court on the Massachusetts Rules of Professional Conduct. Pat is a trial attorney focusing on the fiduciary duty of officers and directors, securities law issues, and representation of financial services professionals. He also has tried eminent domain land valuation and Appellate Tax Board cases. Following graduation from Northeastern University Law School, Pat clerked for the Honorable June L.
