Patrick M. Horan is an associate in the Firm's Business Services Department and a member of the Corporate Practice Group. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Horan served as a law clerk to the Hon. Marjorie O. Rendell in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and as a law clerk for the U.S. Department of Justice - Antitrust Division.
