| Biography | Patrick McCormick litigates a wide variety of business disputes, including complex commercial and real estate matters and landlord tenant issues. His diversified legal career spans more than 20 years, including four years as an Assistant District Attorney of Bronx County. He is a graduate of Fordham University and St. John's University School of Law. Patrick is admitted to practice in the state of New York, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. Representing clients in both federal and state courts at trial and appellate levels, he has argued numerous appeals, including two arguments at the New York Court of Appeals — New York State's highest court.
