Represented secured lender in structuring, negotiating and closing of acquisition and plan of reorganization financing for a group of seven inner-city hospitals located in Chicago, Los Angeles, St. Louis and Washington, DC.
Represented natural resources company in structuring, negotiating and closing of $200 million bank credit facility and $150 million acquisition bridge financing during the pendency of the company's initial public offering.
Represented publicly traded finance company in structuring, negotiating and closing of a $1 billion securitization of nonresidential commercial loan portfolio.
Served as Privatization Advisor to and represented the Government of Guam in all aspects of preparation for and sale of the Guam Telephone Authority (GTA); this transaction marked the privatization of the last government-owned local exchange carrier in the US and its territories.
Represented a newly formed REIT on its $175 million Initial Public Offering and a national mortgage banking company on it $60 million acquisition by the REIT and its subsequent reorganization into a REIT structure.
