Representative Matters:

Secured hundreds of millions of dollars in federal funding for universities, municipalities, transit agencies, charitable organizations and trade associations.

Led the effort to secure enactment of consumer protection legislation that now provides America's 36 million contact lens wearers with the right to receive a copy of their prescription and the ability to purchase lenses from their chosen supplier.

Secured a major victory for a Native American tribal client by obtaining a positive "Two-Part Determination" pursuant to the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act, allowing the Tribe to obtain trust land on which it could build a multi-million dollar economic development project.

Persuaded Congress to enact a law that allowed our client, a foreign textile manufacturer, to secure relief against the imposition of unfair and discriminatory tariffs on its imports - and recover $5.2 million in tariff overcharges.
