| Biography | Paul C. Heintz has more than 30 years of experience in all areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, Orphans' Court litigation, and fiduciary and tax law. He also has experience in aviation law, including aircraft accident litigation, FAA enforcement matters, aircraft lease, partnership and sales agreements, and the representation of airport owners. His other area of concentration is the representation of not-for-profit corporations, including a number of well-known charities in the Philadelphia area.
He is a member and past chairman of the 600-member Probate and Trust Law section of the Philadelphia Bar Association. He frequently lectures on estate planning, estate and trust administration and professional ethics for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute.
