Mr. Kitziger advises clients on the negotiation and documentation of real estate transactions, corporate and general business matters, and secured transactions. He also counsels clients on transactions involving public offerings and private placement of securities, as well as ongoing SEC compliance and periodic reporting.
In real estate matters, he has been involved in commercial leasing, acquisitions and divestitures, land development and zoning. He represents local, national and international lenders in financing transactions, primarily those secured by real property.
Mr. Kitziger has also represented clients in the commercial and residential contractor licensing process, as well as in the negotiation and documentation of design, construction and construction management agreements.
His business law practice includes corporate governance advice and the creation, acquisition,and sale of small to medium sized business entities and assets in a variety of industries, including real estate, construction, and oil and gas. He also has experience in the health care industry in the creation of federally qualified health care centers and in representing clients in the negotiation and documentation of physician employment agreements.
Prior to joining Liskow & Lewis, Mr. Kitziger owned and operated a local real estate holding company and a local retail business.
