Professional Experience Paul F. McAlenney is engaged in a general business practice, largely dealing with privately held companies and business interests. His practice also includes general corporate matters involving corporations, LLCs, and partnerships; federal tax issues, particularly as related to entity formation, reorganization, and restructuring; executive employment agreements, compensation, and benefits; and the use of ESOPs in connection with the foregoing.
