Paul Giancola's practice is focused in health care compliance and regulatory matters for health care organizations and physicians, including medical staff matters, HIPAA, Stark, licensing board investigations, fraud and abuse, peer review, risk management, physician employment contracting, joint ventures, practice formation and separation, and litigation (commercial, health, pharmaceutical, and employment). He has extensive trial and mediation experience.
