Paul Browning, a partner with Barley Snyder, concentrates his practice in real estate and business law representing national, regional and local clients. With over 35 years of experience, Paul has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate from acquisition through development and sale with a focus on common interest ownership projects such as condominiums and planned communities. Paul assists clients in all aspects of real estate from acquisition through development and sale, including review and negotiation of agreements of sale for the purchase of real estate representing both buyers and sellers, analysis and resolution of title issues, and all aspects of commercial and industrial leasing transactions (both conventional and land leases) from both an owner's and tenant's perspective. Paul also assists clients with financing options including the review and negotiation of loan documents. With respect to land use and entitlement issues, Paul's substantial tenure serving on both a municipal planning commission and a zoning hearing board makes him uniquely qualified to provide practical and creative advice to clients when confronted with subdivision, zoning and related land development problems. Paul has particular experience in common interest ownership projects, including the planning, development and organization of residential and commercial condominiums, planned communities and the owners' associations which govern them, as well as with the development and organization of age 55 and over, age restricted residential communities.
