Paul Platte represents clients in various civil matters, including personal injury, labor and employment relations law, construction and commercial litigation, and international transactions and asset protection. Paul is proficient in Spanish and has an extensive practice in Latin America that draws on his legal, business and cultural skills. His clients include individuals, local and international insurance companies and financial institutions, individuals, and private and public corporations.
Paul represents clients regarding commercial contracts and litigation, the Uniform Commercial Code, constitutional law, construction contracts and litigation, and international transactions and asset protection in Central and South America and the Caribbean. Paul also handles issues involving employment discrimination, wage/hour, non-compete contracts, unions, employment contracts, ERISA and unemployment compensation.
Paul is an American Arbitration Association Arbitrator.
