About this office:

Paul, Plevin, Sullivan & Connaughton LLP was formed in 1998 by four partners who specialize in labor and employment law and litigation. Paul, Plevin is devoted to defending and advising employers and is recognized as one of California's top management-side labor and employment law firms. Our lawyers represent employers in discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, trade secret, union-management, and other employment-related matters throughout California and, increasingly, nationwide.

In addition, the firm has a robust practice representing employers in class and representative actions. Firm attorneys also have substantial expertise in higher education law, employee-related intellectual property litigation, and public sector jurisdictional, immunity and constitutional issues. We regularly appear before state and federal administrative agencies, Superior and District Courts, and at all levels of the state and federal appeal processes. Although Paul, Plevin has an outstanding record of favorably disposing of cases before trial, our attorneys are always poised to draw on their extensive trial experience to prevail in jury and bench trials, hearings, and arbitrations when that becomes necessary.
