About this office: The firm engages in the general practice of law, serving individual and business clients, with an emphasis on commercial matters, real estate, trusts, wills and estates. Our commercial practice has a strong concentration in creditors rights and commercial litigation, seizure and recovery of collateral, protecting the liens of secured creditors, transactions including the sale or purchase of assets or stock and the formation of partnerships, corporations and limited liability companies. Our real estate and estate practice has a strong concentration in all forms of individual and commercial real estate transactions, wills, trusts, estates and probate.
