Paul Vapnek focuses his practice on trademark and copyright, and litigates matters pertaining to patent, trademark, copyright, unfair competition, trade secret and related antitrust law. He also aids clients with the technology licensing and prosecution of intellectual property, primarily trademarks and copyrights. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Vapnek was an Assistant Professor of Law at Hastings College of the Law, University of California, for 12 years. He is a registered Professional Engineer in New York State.
