Also has advised clients regarding cooperative law. Professor of commercial law in the University of the Republic of Uruguay. Active researcher of the Corporative Research Group of the University of Montevideo. Author of articles and papers, about commercial law issues. Co-author of the book "Antitrust Law and Consumer Protection Law Studies", Co-author of the book "Multidisciplinary Studies about Medical Law and Health Organizations", Author of the book "Cooperative Societies. System and Comparative Law". She has given courses and seminars regarding commercial law issues.
