Indicative of the high regard in which Pender & Coward is held is the fact that, within the past ten years, two members of the firm have become Circuit Court Judges in the City of Virginia Beach, two have been invested as United States District Court Judges for the Eastern District of Virginia, and one has been selected as a General District Court Judge in Chesapeake.
