Mr. Baumgaertner routinely represents and works with governmental units, equity sponsors, public utilities, institutional investors, investment bankers, credit enhancement providers, lenders, and indenture trustees in connection with corporate and project financings and restructurings. In addition, Mr. Baumgaertner works with clients on asset securitization matters.
