Represents: municipalities, counties, special districts and developers in a wide variety of New Mexico public finance transactions, including traditional general obligation bond financings and revenue bond financings, as well as public improvement district and tax increment district financings, redevelopment projects, and industrial revenue bond financings; clients in drafting and lobbying public finance legislation. Primary drafter of the Public Improvement District Act. Representative traditional municipal financings include general obligation bond financings as bond counsel to Santa Fe County, New Mexico, gross receipts tax and joint utility revenue bond financings as bond counsel to the City of Rio Rancho, New Mexico, and general obligation bond financings as bond counsel to the Artesia Special Hospital District. Representative special infrastructure district financings include the Mesa del Sol Tax Increment Development Districts in Albuquerque, the Mariposa East Public Improvement District and Cabezon Public Improvement District in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, and the Ventana West Public Improvement District in Albuquerque.
