BilinskiPartner With more than 15 years experience in corporate and private practice, Mr. Bilinski focuses his practice on the preparation and prosecution of U.S. and international patent and trademark applications. He assists businesses with due diligence investigations, patent and trademark validity and infringement opinions, as well as transactional support relating to the sale and licensing of intellectual property assets, and portfolio management.
Prior to private practice, Mr. Bilinski was an attorney in the Patent Department of the Eastman Kodak Company, where he specialized in patent prosecution and preparation matters as well as the preparation of validity and infringement opinions. Before that, he was a Senior Design Engineer with the Government Systems Division of the Eastman Kodak Company.
