 | Peter J. CrossettPartner Mr. Crossett’s law practice focuses on valuation and complex property tax litigation involving utility, telecommunication and transportation companies. He is a frequent lecturer nationally on valuation issues as well as negotiation strategies and techniques, and currently has several matters pending in New York and various other states across the country. Mr. Crossett has over 19 years of litigation experience and has handled property tax matters for clients involving disputes over billions of dollars in assessed value. He regularly appears before administrative tax courts and other state and federal trial and appellate courts.
