Peter Frommer represents manufacturers, distributors, and premises defendants in asbestos and toxic tort litigation throughout the state and federal courts of Florida. A seasoned product liability litigator and trial lawyer, Peter has prepared hundreds of asbestos cases for trial over the past 15-plus years and routinely obtains summary judgments and case dismissals for clients. He has represented some of the world's leading manufacturers and distributors of pumps, chemicals, boilers, industrial control systems, automobiles, and other prominent national companies involved in asbestos litigation.
Peter's wide-ranging legal experience includes probate and insurance litigation, while he also handles risk management matters and high-exposure commercial cases involving contract and shareholder disputes. His courtroom experience includes acting as lead counsel in a three-day jury trial involving trust contest and entitlement to life insurance proceeds, where he obtained a judgment in favor of his client.
During law school, Peter was a law clerk for the Michigan Tax Tribunal, where his duties included examining real estate appraisals and assessments in the investigation of valuation issues. He also reviewed small claims opinions and judgments on tax and real estate issues related to property and non-property matters.
