| Biography | Phil Levy's practice includes the full spectrum of intellectual property law, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets and intellectual property litigation. Representative Matters · Assists clients with the preparation and prosecution of patent, trademark and copyright applications, the litigation and resolution of intellectual property and technology related disputes, and the drafting and negotiation of agreements for the development and licensing of intellectual property and technological assets; · Provides counsel with respect to infringement and right to use issues and transactional and due diligence matters in a wide variety of technologies including, for example, x-ray spectroscopy systems, RFID systems, medical devices, including respiratory therapy devices and systems, handheld electronic devices, wireless communications systems, mail and/or document handling and processing systems, cryptography, computer hardware and software, telecommunications and computer networking devices and systems, and new media based computer and business technologies, including internet based technologies.
