Biography

Philip S. Chubb is the lead partner in the corporate practice group and his principal areas of practice are mergers and acquisitions, contract and general corporate transactional matters and state and federal securities laws.

Phil has over 25 years of experience in representing corporations and shareholders in every stage of acquisition and sale transactions involving both public and privately held corporations. He also regularly represents clients engaged in management buyouts and succession equity transfers.
