Philippe Devé is a Shareholder in the Firm's Miami office and a member of the Business Litigation Department. His practice areas include commercial litigation, title insurance litigation, including coverage disputes, claims resolution, and agency defalcations, construction defects, mortgage foreclosures, landlord/tenant and general contract disputes, Uniform Commercial Code, banking, creditors' rights, and lender liability matters. In addition to his pro bono work with the Legal Aid Small Claims Clinic, Mr. Devé has served as a member of the Board of the Jackson Metropolitans. This organization serves young patients at Jackson Memorial Hospital by raising funds for its Internet resource center - an important means of helping children connect to others who share their circumstances.
