Pierre Laporte specialises in mergers & acquisitions, joint-ventures in France and abroad, corporate litigation, turn-key contracts and international arbitration.
He advises listed groups in the industry sectors in particular in the energy and healthcare sectors. He also has broad experience in competition law/antitrust and compliance matters in an international environment.
During the last several years Pierre Laporte has been involved in defending French companies before the EU Commission and in various jurisdictions in major European and global cartel cases in the high-voltage sector.
Before joining de Gaulle Fleurance & Associés, Pierre Laporte worked for 12 years in-house as General Counsel of GE Healthcare International, Areva T&D and Group AREVA where he was involved in joint-ventures, turn-key projects, acquisitions, corporate litigation and arbitration in the healthcare, energy and mining sectors.
