Pierre Lamarre represents and advises a number of large businesses on employment and labour law matters. Mr. Lamarre has considerable experience pleading before the civil courts and the administrative tribunals which have jurisdiction in employment and labour law matters. He participates mainly in injunctive and judicial review proceedings before the civil courts. He represents employers before the administrative tribunals in matters involving certification, business acquisitions and restructurings, penal complaints, wrongful dismissal proceedings and grievance arbitration.
Mr. Lamarre also frequently acts as an advisor and spokesperson for employers in many sectors of the Canadian economy in collective bargaining, conciliations, mediations, acquisitions and restructurings.
