Pike Legal Group, PLLC is a regional law firm with offices in the Louisville, Kentucky area. The firm is organized to provide cost-effective client service across multiple states and does not charge for attorney travel time. Owner and manager David A. Pike is personally licensed to practice in Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Tennessee, West Virginia, Georgia, Arkansas and Alaska, and twelve U.S. District & four U.S. Courts of Appeals for these States, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court. All Pike Legal Group, PLLC attorneys are each admitted to practice in two or more states.

The firm's practice is concentrated in the areas of real estate, commercial leasing, administrative law, land use, wireless telecommunications, zoning, regulatory permitting and related litigation. Our focus allows us to adapt the benefits of our collective experience in these areas to maintain our commitment to excellence in responsive client service. As part of this commitment, we employ customized technologies to implement case management systems tailored to the specific needs of client projects.

Another focus of the Pike Legal Group, PLLC is public service through extensive volunteer participation assisting and leading land use planning and legal education efforts throughout the region. The firm's attorneys are active speakers and teachers. We have presented more than 150 continuing education seminar units in 2004-2008 on topics that include ethics, due process, community and land use planning, cell tower regulation and zoning issues for members of planning bodies, planning decision makers and attorneys in multiple states. One of David Pike's most recent honors is the first "Above & Beyond Award" for "Educator of the Year" presented by the Kentucky League of Cities in 2004, citing his leadership in community planning education, quality of presentation, and the over 1,000 students attending League of Cities continuing planning education courses.
