Pitegoff Law Office PLLC helps companies grow their business by franchising. Tom Pitegoff assists those companies by drafting franchise agreements and disclosure documents, obtaining state franchise registrations and providing ongoing franchise compliance counseling services. Tom is former Chair of the Franchise Law Committee of the New York State Bar Association's Business Law Section and a member of the section's Executive Committee.
