Members of the group have more than 60 years of collective appellate experience behind and before the bench. The group includes three former jurists with experience on the New Jersey Supreme Court, the New Jersey Appellate Division and the New Jersey Superior Court. They have written more than 3500 opinions. The Porzio Appellate Group also includes many experienced lawyers. Together, they have handled dozens of appeals in the New Jersey higher courts and the U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Their names appear on more than 100 published decisions including 53 Appellate Division decisions, 28 Supreme Court decisions and 14 decisions of the Third Circuit.
