About this office:
PRK Partners is a leading full-service law firm with a reputation of excellence in Central and Eastern Europe. The firm has advised on some of the biggest and most complex transactions ever seen in the region, but remains committed to offering value-added service to clients of any size. The firm is in the unique situation of being able to offer both an international perspective and a home-grown, in-depth understanding of the legal landscape in the CEE region. PRK Partners has over 100 professionals working in the major economic hubs in Hungary, and the Czech and Slovak Republics, extensive experience serving international and domestic clients including Fortune 500 companies, major banks, governmental agencies, individual investors and entrepreneurs, and the ability to offer legal advisory services in seven languages.
Founded in 1993 as an association of attorneys in the Czech Republic under the name Procházka Randl Kubr, the firm has grown steadily in reaction to the ever-increasing demand for the first class service it provides. In 2005, PRK Partners underwent its first major expansion, opening a branch office in Slovakia. Three years later, the firm moved into Budapest, thereby expanding its reach in Central Europe. Since then, PRK Partners has opened an office in Ostrava, Czech Republic. On January 1, 2009, the firm transformed from an association of attorneys into a limited-liability company called PRK Partners, Attorneys-at-Law.
PRK Partners, in addition to providing counsel on Czech, Hungarian and Slovak legal issues and transactions, is a major regional player that has proved itself capable of advising on top level international transactions.
