The firm was established in 1997 by Don Proctor, after he had practiced for 25 years with a major regional firm where he was Chairman of that firm's Commercial Litigation Department, and Managing Principal of that firm's Towson, Maryland office. For over 30 years, Don Proctor has concentrated his practice in the areas of commercial, business and real estate litigation, and state and local taxation of commercial and industrial businesses. Meg McKee, a highly regarded trial lawyer with more than 10 years' experience in personal injury and commercial litigation, joined the firm in 1999 and became a principal in 2003. The firm represents both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal litigation and prides itself in its responsiveness to the needs of its clients, both small and large.
