The purpose of the Section shall be to stimulate the interest of young members of the bar of Arkansas in the objects of the Arkansas Bar Association and to provide such younger members of the bar with a more effective means to participate in activities directed toward improving the administration of justice and promoting the public welfare. Members of the Young Lawyers Section include attorneys who are 36 years or younger or have been in practice 5 years or less.
