Group Profile:

The Integrated Advisory Group, IAG International, is a unique association of independent professional firms represented throughout Europe and beyond. One of the fastest growing and most active organizations of its kind, IAG currently has member firms throughout Europe, Scandinavia and the Americas, and is continuing to broaden its coverage worldwide.

Members include lawyers, accountants, tax advisers and fiduciaries, some of whom work in association with economists or real estate or financial advisers. As a truly multi-disciplinary group, IAG is well able to advise clients on a wide range of issues, across most major business environments.

Each IAG member firm offers to its clients:

  • high standards of professional competence and integrity
  • fast responses and first class service
  • fluent English and other languages
  • first class resources and communications
  • experience of dealing with foreign clients
  • understanding of cross border transactions
  • reliably excellent international contacts
Founded in 1989, IAG is constituted as a non-profit making Association under Dutch law, although its common language is English. Members meet frequently, getting to know each other well as colleagues and building understanding of each other's countries and their legal and commercial frameworks. Three assemblies are held annually, each hosted by a member firm in a different city. The Committee and various sub-groups also meet separately in order to plan future developments.

IAG is growing towards representation in all major centres of commercial activity, ultimately worldwide. Great care is taken in the selection of new members on the basis that only firms of the highest calibre are admitted to IAG. High standards of professional and service quality are expected by IAG members of one another, and are maintained through stringent admission procedures and mandatory compliance with the group's Quality Standard. A Quality Control Committee exists in order to deal with any problems which may arise.

Each IAG member remains completely independent and free to make referrals to non IAG firms. No referral fees are paid within IAG. The most important criterion in advising a client is always the client's best interests. As well as providing its members with a wider understanding of the world, IAG enhances the services which member firms are able to offer to their clients. This is the main reason for the existence of IAG and for its continuing growth and development.
