PROLEGIS ABOGADOS S.A. was established in 2002 as a general, full-service law firm, serving corporate, institutional and individual clients and we work in international business transactions and foreign investment in Costa Rica, advising clients on how to select the best option to set up their businesses and deal with government regulations, taxes, financial issues, real estate, labor problems, intellectual and industrial property, local laws and conflict of laws. The firm has also a litigation department. All members are authorized to practice in Costa Rica. Additionally, all members are Notary Publics. Although Spanish is the official language of Costa Rica, all of our staff are fluent in English.
