| Biography | Brent Gambill has over 25 years experience in employee benefits, executive compensation, employment and labor law. His significant breadth and depth of experience helps clients achieve their benefits and executive compensation goals. Brent evaluates current benefit plans for improved utility as well as designs new retirement and welfare benefit plans, non-qualified retirement plans, compensation and bonus programs, and provides advice regarding compliance and administration issues. His experience also includes the development of cash and stock-based incentive programs and executive employment and severance agreements. Brent previously served as Senior Corporate Counsel at Cinergy Corp. in Cincinnati (1979-2001), where he directed the employment law section of that company's legal department. |
