| Additional Bio Details | Mr. Anderson has more than 25 years private and public sector experience in zoning, land use and environmental law in Southwest Florida. He represents property owners and national and regional developers of residential, commercial, industrial, mining, and mixed-use community projects, on issues and matters such as: rezoning, planned unit developments, developments of regional impact, conditional use permits, variances, environmental issues, land development code amendments, comprehensive plan amendments, public/private partnerships and other growth management permit and development order issues. Mr. Anderson is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Certified Circuit and County Court Mediator. |
