| Biography | Mr. Reynolds was born in El Dorado, Arkansas. After graduating from the University of Tulsa (B.S., 1978, J.D., 1982), he was admitted to the Bar in 1982. Mr. Reynolds' practice areas include Real Estate Law, Land Planning and Development, Subdivision Regulation, Zoning, Purchase and Sale Agreements, Municipal Law, Leases, Commercial Transactions and Litigation. Mr. Reynolds currently serves as the Chairman of the Tulsa Metropolitan Utility Authority, the Tulsa Utility Board and the Regional Metropolitan Utility Authority. Mr. Reynolds also served as a member and the Chairman of the Tulsa Authority for the Recovery of Energy. Since 1992, Mr. Reynolds has been Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Tulsa College of Law. Mr. Reynolds also serves as a member of the Executive Advisory Board to the University of Tulsa College of Business Administration. Mr. Reynolds is a past Chairman of the Tulsa Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks. |
