His general real estate experience includes joint venture formation, purchase and sales, and development and leasing for office, industrial, retail, multifamily and mixed-use projects.
As leader of Sutherland's data center practice, Rob has more than 15 years of experience helping both developers and end users build, finance, purchase and lease mission-critical data centers and colocation facilities. Rob's data center experience includes negotiating leases, service level agreements, meet me room agreements, facility management agreements, tax incentives, power purchase contracts, indefeasible rights of use (IRU) and fiber optic cable access agreements.
