Professional Experience Scott Beach is co-chair of the Private Equity and Investment Funds practice group. Mr. Beach represents private equity investors and emerging growth companies in formation, debt and equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, strategic joint ventures, technology arrangements, and general corporate matters. He routinely advises clients in structuring and forming private investment funds investing in both public and private companies. Scott counsels principals and portfolio managers of investment funds in connection with their employment and equity compensation arrangements. Scott was named one of "Fairfield County's 'Forty under 40'" business leaders in 2006 by the Fairfield County Business Journal.
