Putman Inn of Court (President 2007-2008, Vice-President 2006-2007); Trucking Industry Defense Association (TIDA); Arkansas Association of Defense Counsel; and River Valley Volunteer Attorneys; Past member of the Arkansas Bar Association's House of Delegates, Executive Council, Legal Education Committee, Professionalism Task Force , Arkansas Professional Practicum Committee and President's Special Task Force on Lawyer Admission and Discipline, Chair of the Young Lawyers' Section (2000-2001). Mr. Zuerker serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law, University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, where he teaches Workers' Compensation.
