R. Stephen Rosenholm

Mr. Rosenholm’s practice includes preparation, filing and prosecution of patent, trademark, and copyright applications in the U.S. and foreign jurisdictions, authoring of clearance to operate, patentability, non-infringement and patent validity opinions, patent licensing and litigation support and client counseling regarding patent prosecution, licensing and litigation strategy, and the assessment of intellectual property for the purpose of litigation, licensing, and transactional business.

While attending law school, Mr. Rosenholm served as a patent examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Prior to private practice with IP firms in New York and Massachusetts, he worked developing software/hardware based computer systems as a Member of Technical Staff for Bell Telephone Laboratories, and later worked on a contract basis as an independent consultant for business entities including, but not limited to, Digital Equipment Corporation, GTE, Hewlett Packard, Honeywell, subsidiaries of Kodak, Lotus Development and SUN Microsystems.
