Warner is a member of the Corporate Department concentrating his practice on mergers and acquisitions, along with other corporate transactions. He represents clients in purchases and sales of businesses, private equity investments, contracts, and corporate governance. Additionally, Warner has worked extensively with numerous clients, ranging from start?up companies to mid?size private companies to large public companies, on the negotiation and drafting of contracts. Warner has also further honed his craft by serving as external "in?house" counsel for a Fortune 500 company for over two years. In such a capacity, Warner led the drafting and negotiation of contracts within several divisions of the company's purchasing group, as well as assisted with the development of the company's contract templates and contract negotiations handbook. The templates and negotiations handbook he helped develop are used throughout the world by the company's employees for guidance during contract drafting and negotiations.
