Experience Rachael is a Senior Associate with the Firm. She practices in eminent domain, civil litigation, insurance coverage and defense, professional liability defense, construction litigation and creditor's rights. Rachael has extensive trial and evidentiary hearing experience in all of these areas. Rachael is an excellent advocate and is well versed in all phases of civil litigation. She has successfully tried and defended many non-jury trials and evidentiary matters on behalf of her clients. Rachael successfully tried a case in federal bankruptcy court without assistance. She also acted as second chair in a successful multi-million dollar, twelve-person jury trial. Background Rachael was born in Spartanburg, South Carolina. She graduated summa cum laude from Wofford College in 2001 where she double majored in History and Government. Thereafter, she attended Vanderbilt Law School where she graduated with honors in 2004. Rachael joined the Firm in 2007 after practicing at a boutique litigation firm for three years, where she gained significant courtroom experience.
