Rachel S. Janger is a counsel in Crowell & Moring's Washington, DC office and a member of the Labor and Employment Practice Group.
Rachel has had extensive experience representing clients in Title VII, Americans with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, and wrongful discharge litigation. Rachel regularly represents employers before the National Mediation Board, in labor arbitrations, and in Railway Labor Act litigation in federal courts. She also has handled labor issues arising from the bankruptcy of unionized employers. In addition, Rachel advises clients regarding collective bargaining, compliance with the Worker Adjustment Retraining and Notification Act, and state and federal anti-discrimination laws. She also counsels clients on termination and discipline decisions, drafts employment agreements and handbooks, and both conducts and supervises internal investigations of alleged discrimination. Rachel is a Senior Editor of The Railway Labor Act (BNA).
