Rachel T. McGuckian represents businesses ranging from listed public companies to real estate developers to small family enterprises in all aspects of their dealings, internal and external, and also represents private clients in complex divorce, Hague and contested estate matters. Rachel is a seasoned litigator at both the trial and appellate levels, and is consistently selected as a Super Lawyer in Maryland and Washington, D.C. in the area of business litigation.
